Prices are for one way journeys either to or from the Airport and are based on one pickup and one drop off. Collections from the Airport are done at the time specified by the you. Your driver will be there for you either at the time of landing, or landing +15mins, +30mins etc whichever you require. All incoming flights are monitored for delays etc. You have up to 30mins waiting from the time you specify, after that waiting time will be chargeable. Wherever possible we avoid having to pass on car parking fees by meeting you outside the Terminal Building at a prearranged point and you will be given a contact number for your driver at the time of your booking. Should you wish to be met inside the Terminal car park charges would apply.
          The vehicles can carry up to 8 reasonable sized cases and hand luggage. There is a weight restriction of around 20kgs per case (normally the same as your baggage allowance) to prevent overloading of the vehicles. If you have larger amounts of luggage a trailer can be supplied at a small extra cost.
          We accept Credit Card payment via a secure email link. This has to be prepaid before the travel date. As our prices are already low we have to pass on the charge of £1 for each £25 or part thereof. However this does allow you the convenience, protection and other benefits you would normally receive from your cards.
