Passengers arriving into the country can be collected from the Airport on your
behalf if you are unable to meet them. When booking just give the flight number, the date and time of arrival and preferably a mobile
telephone number on which the arriving passengers can be contacted. Make sure they know that they are being met by Airport & City
and if possible pass on to them the contact telephone number for the driver which you will be given at the time of booking.
They will be met in the arrivals hall after they have cleared customs. Their name will be displayed on a Airport & City meeting
